One suite with superking or twin beds, sitting room and shower-room has TV, DVD and films, hospitality tray, mini-fridge, hairdryer, clock / radio / alarm, magazines, books, fresh flowers and pretty toiletries.

HOSPITALITY:
You will be welcomed on arrival with tea/coffee and biscuits in the lounge and the chance to ask us to reserve a table for dinner locally if you wish.
Breakfast is served in the dining room, overlooking the lovely garden. You can choose from a selection of juices, cereals, yogurt and fruit dishes on the sideboard and order from a variety of cooked dishes.
Whenever possible we offer local produce including excellent fish, oatcakes from Moray and fruit from the garden when in season. Our tea and coffee is Fair Trade and we recycle rubbish whenever we can.
Parking for guests is on the drive towards the back of the house and our garden is available for guests to use.

Attractions Inverness is a wonderful centre for the Highlands with Cawdor Castle, Culloden Battlefield, Loch Ness and dolphin spotting in the Moray Firth nearby.
A little further takes visitors to beautiful Glens Affric and Cannich and day trips are easily made to the west coast, the north-west Highlands, Inverewe Garden and the Cairngorms National Park.
Enjoy a cruise on Loch Ness and photograph the scenery, even if Nessie doesn't make an appearance.

Rates, including breakfast, in the suite are from 42 pounds per person per night and in the double room from 40 pounds per person per night.

We are situated a mile from the city centre on the south side of Inverness, near enough to walk to restaurants but away from the main hustle and bustle. You will find directions and a map on our web site.
