Ochil Villa B&B is in Freuchie, a small village in the farming area of North East Fife, 40 miles from Edinburgh, 19 miles from Perth and 18 miles from St. Andrews, within easy reach of Fife’s 51 golf courses, its National Trust properties and other gardens open to the public. We are close to Dabbs Equestrian Centre (3 miles), Fernie Castle (6 miles), Scottish Off Road Centre (7 miles), Falkland Palace (1.5 miles).

We have 2 guest rooms both with TV and tea making facilities :-
1 family room which sleeps 3
1 double room which sleeps 2
These rooms share the exclusive use of a shower room and toilet.

The guest rooms, shower room and breakfast room are all on the ground floor

A high chair and travel cot are available, and also a selection of games and videos.

Internet access is available.
Dogs are welcome, we have two of our own.
We ask people not to smoke on our premises.

The Fife coast is very varied, from the sandy beaches at Earlsferry, St. Andrews, Aberdour, Crail, and Tentsmuir to the rock pools and pebbles at Elie, East St. Andrews, Kings Barns, and it is all linked by the Fife Coastal path —81 miles from North Queensferry on the Forth to Tayport on the Tay.
