Manchester house is situated in the small idyllic village of Crich. We are walking distance to the famous tramway museum, & only a short drive to the peak district and children’s favourite - Gulliver’s Kingdom. Crich is the setting for the ITV drama series Peak Practice, on the series the fictional village was called Cardale.there are many tourists who visit Crich, mainly for the long and scenic walks that are in and around the area. Staying with us would be very enjoyable because of the friendly and cheerful way you are treated. The guest house itself is part listed, built of stone,& situated in the middle of the village. It is only yards away from the local shops, chemist, and 3 quiet village pubs. We have a very good bus service & train service with regular trains and buses straight through to Derby, Matlock, Wirksworth & Nottingham. |
We have 3 bedrooms. One is a family room consisting of a double bed and a single bed. Two is a twin room consisting of 2 single beds. Three is a single room consisting of a single bed. All rooms have televisions, tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryers and an ironing board and iron is available on request. No rooms are en-suite but a very large private bathroom is shared with other guests. Saying that, if no one is booked in and you are not happy to share then we will gladly not accept any more bookings. |

We serve a full English, large breakfast and also serve evening meals at an extra cost. If needed we will also provide packed lunches at an extra charge. We have storage areas for push bikes and a small parking area to the rear of the building. |
