We are committed to purchasing our supplies from local Northumberland producers and the recipes which our chefs use and change on a daily basis are traditional and tasty.
Meat dishes consist of locally purchased pork, beef and lamb and fresh seafood is sourced from our coastal waters 40 miles away.
Special sauces are blended using wine and spirits to give the choice of both good country fayre and more exotic specialties using carefully blended herbs and spices.
All Northumbrian vegetables are locally grown and are cooked freshly with care.

In fact with a little notice our chef will be pleased to prepare your favourite dish for you almost whatever it is!
Children are catered for with their own special, lower cost menu or for the more 'grown up children' we can easily prepare children's portions from our main menu.

Woolaw farm – quad bike farm safari
Come and drive a 4x4 motorbike around a hill farm in the beautiful Rede valley exploring the wonderful rugged countryside and marvel at the breathtaking views it has to offer.
We also offer fishing for salmon and sea trout on our mile stretch of the river Rede.
