Spacious Guest House on the Cumbrian Way offering a three night package,also ideal for walking or enjoying the many places to visit nearby including The Ruskin Museum and Brantwood via the steam boat Gondola, ensuite rooms with beautiful views overlooking the Coniston mountains. All rooms have high quality pocket sprung beds, T.V's and Tea and Coffee making facilities. Only a two minute walk to the village centre and a ten minute walk from the lake. Walking books, sticks maps etc are all here for you to borrow.

There are a host of activities nearby and we are centally placed in the Lakes, only a 30 minute drive from Keswick or the Crtmel Peninsular. We have weekly rates which are extremly competitive.

We have two spacious double rooms with en-suite facilities, One double room that can be private bathroom or shared with a sigle room. The single room has shared facilities, is a lovely spacious room with a wash basin, TV etc.

We have private parking and a lovely garden which you are welcome to sit in.

Brantwood, Coniston Old Man, The Ruskin Museum, Gondola the steam Yacht, Coniston Lake where Donald Campbells boat was pulled from.
Walkin routes and cycle routes.

Wrynose pass, Hard Knot pass, the Langdale valley and Hawkshead are a 10 minute drive away.

Same price all year. one night £30. 2-6 nights excluding bank holidays £28 and weekly bookings £25 all are per person per night.
